Start by mixing peanut butter and honey together and microwave the mixture for about minute or two. Once the mixture is melted and is gooey add it to your granola mixture and using a spatula mix it well.

Now using your hands mold the mixture into rectangular bars and let it cool aside. And your healthy energy bars are ready .It’s that easy. Pair it with your coffee and your breakfast or have it as evening snack.

Notes

  • You can customize this recipe to your liking in following ways:
  • Drizzle some dark chocolate on top energy bar to elevate the taste or add some healthy fats by adding your favorite nuts like cashews or almonds to to give it a crunch and nutty flavor. You can also swap honey with any other natural sweetener like dates syrup or maple syrup. Adding pinch of salt to musli really amps up the flavor.

I hope you give it a try and let me know in comments what do you think about it! Cheers!
