satiate your sweet tooth and help you push through these tough times while you stay at home.
So let’s do it sun’s out buns out differently this year.

Sun’s out buns out: Cinnamon bun edition edition!

One of my favorite things about cinnamon buns is : when they are warm they release this sweet aroma of baked bread and cinnamon in the air and to me it smells like holiday and instantly lifts my mood (and my weight too lol! good luck with having just one serving )

Anyway, the recipe is straightforward. If rolling a dough into a sheet does not seem like a challenging task to you ,you will swiftly breeze through the recipe.

Let’s glance through the recipe:
In a bowl mix together: warm milk + yeast+ sugar+ butter + eggs + salt

Now transfer this mixture to big bowl and add dough slowly incorporate it into mixture.Keep mixing till all the liquid is absorbed by flour.

Roll the dough into a rectangle sheet with thickness about 1/2 inches and spread the softened butter on the dough and sprinkle the mixture of cinnamon sugar filling.

Roll the dough and cut it into 15 pieces.

Grease the baking sheet and bake them at 190C for about 25 minutes.
Serve them with your favorite frosting. I have used simple sugar syrup that is a mixture of sugar milk and vanilla essence.
